The Division of Holdings Company Innovation Accelerator Center Services, also known as HCIAC, is principally responsible for the development of new technologies and innovations for all units of the Holdings Company, and the development of new business opportunities for the Holdings Company.

As a Innovation Accelerator Organization, this organization is overseen by the Senior Vice President - Innovation Accelerator and Chief Development Officer of the Holdings Company. Led by a Director, who reports directly to the Senior Vice President, the Division of Holdings Company Innovation Accelerator Center Services has capable leadership to effectively administer the innovation and development needs of the Holdings Company.

The organization is currently new and eventually will be split into teams.

The leadership of this organization also works on any other tasks as assigned by the Senior Vice President - Innovation Accelerator of the Holdings Company.
